President & COO, Stratyfy
Laura is President and COO of Stratyfy, a business analytics platform that helps lenders and insurance providers evaluate, analyze and understand their data-driven decisions. She co-founded Stratyfy in late 2016 with three other engineers – Michael, a close friend from Columbia Business School, his older brother Stas, an experienced software engineer, and Stas’ childhood friend Dmitry, an expert in probabilistic theory.
Laura graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering. In her senior year, she was awarded the Sigma Xi award for her thesis, an in-depth analysis that correctly identified and quantified the inflating housing market bubble years before it burst. Laura was awarded Columbia Business School’s prestigious Feldberg Fellowship, given each year to at most five entering students who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership potential as well as academic excellence. She was co-president of the school’s entrepreneurship organization, the largest student group on campus, and a member of the student advisory board for the Lang Fund. In 2017, she graduated from Columbia Business School, earning Dean’s Honors with Distinction, an award given to the top 5% of the graduating MBA class.
Prior to Columbia Business School, Laura was an Executive Director at JPMorgan’s Investment Bank. During that time, Laura became an expert at managing complex client relationships, identifying product opportunities and developing new offerings to meet emerging client demand. In her spare time, Laura loves playing and watching ice hockey, gardening and all things 80s.
