Rini Greenfield

Rini Greenfield is a Founding General Partner of Rethink Food and former co-founder of Adaptive Management, a Tiger Management technology investment fund. Rini has over a decade of experience investing in technology and consumer companies. She started her career developing a keen understanding of the global semiconductor and hardware industry which drove her to develop a strong global supply chain network with a particular focus on Asia. Rini sought out sectors that were at the tipping point of disruption through innovation, investing in wireless technologies, alternative energy, internet, media, e-commerce, software, and others. She then expanded her repertoire to private companies. Rini spearheaded investments for a multi- billion-dollar single family office focused on early growth stage consumer and technology companies with a social impact lens.
