Created through collaboration by partners of the Hemispheric University Consortium initiative, the contest encourages students to find solutions to social, economic, environmental challenges by using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals framework. Teams from Costa Rica, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Peru, and the US will pitch their (ideation phase) projects to improve the quality of life in our global communities. Students connect with like-minded students from across the region and are introduced to the entrepreneurial ecosystem through eMerge. Today is an idea, and tomorrow is a reality.
