Renatto Garro

Renatto Garro is a technology executive and entrepreneur passionate about digital transformation and emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, blockchain, IoT, and automation. Known for his strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, he has a consistent track record of exceeding business targets and driving large-scale technology adoption. Renatto currently serves as Digital Natives CTO and Customer Engineering Manager at Google, where he leads and mentors a team of Customer Engineers supporting leading startups and digital-native companies across 31 countries, driving over $150M in revenue impact. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on Google Cloud technologies and AI innovation while collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies that help organizations transform in the era of AI. Prior to Google, Renatto spent eight years at Microsoft, where he helped expand cloud adoption across Latin America. He led regional initiatives such as the Azure Migrate & Modernize Program, developed cloud investment and marketing strategies, and achieved 12% year-over-year growth against a $450M cloud consumption target. Renatto is also the co-founder of Nebulai, a platform building the future of Human + AI collaboration through an AI agents marketplace that connects companies with AI technologies and human expertise to accelerate innovation and real-world deployment of intelligent systems.
