Albert Santalo

Albert Santalo is a computer scientist, serial entrepreneur, and angel investor. He is the founder and CEO of Archie.com, Archie Labs and 8base — technology and services companies dedicated to transforming software development through artificial intelligence. He has raised over $200 million for companies he has founded and serves as a board member and advisor to various technology ventures. Albert was standing alongside the President at the signing of the JOBS Act in 2012. He is the former Founder and CEO of CareCloud (NASDAQ: CCLD) and Avisena, companies he built to modernize U.S. healthcare with cloud-based and SaaS solutions. Earlier in his career, he served as a director at the Hackett Group / Answerthink (NASDAQ: HCKT) and holds a U.S. patent for Avisena's A/R Management Methodology. Albert holds an MBA from Florida International University and studied computer science at the University of Miami. His recognitions include EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, IBM SmartCamp Silicon Valley winner, induction into the FIU Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, and 8base being named Startup of the Year at the 2019 Startup Grind Global Conference.
