Paul Kennedy spent 34 years serving his country and retired as a Major General in the Marine Corps. A career infantry officer, he led combat formations in the War on Terror, in both Iraq and Afghanistan, and later led the U.S. military response in 2013 to Super Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines and again during the Nepal earthquake in 2015. As the chief of Marine Recruiting he enlisted 120,000 young people over three years and partnered with amateur sports leagues; NCAA athletics teams; all major social media platforms; and leading gaming companies to provide tailored marketing to the Nation. Retiring as the director of Legislative Affairs for the Marine Corps, he founded Leman-Kennedy LLC, serving a broad variety of clients including cyber security; humanitarian assistance and development; peripheral defense issues; and government affairs. He served as the Veteran's and Military Affairs Advisor to Michael Bloomberg on his 2020 Presidential campaign.
