Lt Gen Brooks Bash (Ret) is an experienced commercial C-Suite executive and served as a 3-Star General in the US Air Force in several CEO-level positions. General Bash is General Partner of Stony Lonesome Group, LLC and Co-Founder and Board Member of Pathfinder Solutions Group, LLC, a VA-certified, service-disabled veteran-owned company that provides top-tier dual-use services and products specializing in military use. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hemotek, LLC where he is leading a staff growth and business transformation through early-stage growth. Previously, as President of Western Global Airlines, he directed unprecedented growth resulting in doubling of annual revenue to nearly $400M and an EBITDA compound annual growth rate of 50%. He also served in the C-Suite of AAR Airlift Group as a Chief Commercial Officer where he was responsible for winning the largest contract in AAR’s 50-year history, a $10B contract with the Department of State. As a Lieutenant General in the U.S. Air Force, he led organizations with up to 55,000 employees. Served as the principal Director to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs for the $600B Defense Health & Logistics enterprise. In this role he led the Pentagon’s oversight of global health initiatives to include managing aeromedical and hospital support Iraq and Afghanistan. As the Deputy Executive Secretary for White House National Security Council for two Administrations, he interacted daily with Presidents Clinton and Bush and numerous world leaders. He was the senior military leader in the White Situation Room on 9/11 and represented the Pentagon in Congressional testimonies and championed U.S. interests at European and Pacific defense forums. He deployed for a year to Iraq as a Commander in charge of the $5B rebuilding of the Iraqi Air Force. He holds an active Top-Secret security clearance and is a Service- Disabled Veteran with over 150 hours of combat flight time in Afghanistan and Iraq.
