Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Sol served as administrative director at Houston Methodist. He led a substantial team to achievements such as attaining HIMSS Stage 7 in the Outpatient EMR Adoption Model (“OERAM”) and earning CHIME's "Most Wired" recognition in ambulatory clinical technology. Mr. Sol also played a key role in establishing a center for innovation and a digital technology laboratory, overseeing initiatives in experiential journey mapping, product design and advancements in smart hospital technologies. Recognized in 2022 with the Cadillac-sponsored “Shaping Houston” award for his contributions to digital innovation in healthcare, Mr. Sol is driven to create genuine value by enhancing physician and patient engagement, aligning technology with workforce shortages and fostering operational efficiencies.
