Matt Cimaglia

Matt Cimaglia is a visionary entrepreneur and investor working at the intersection of quantum computing, digital media, and advanced technologies. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Quantum Coast Capital (QCC), where he focuses on building a sustainable venture ecosystem for early-stage quantum companies, investing in breakthroughs across hardware, software, and quantum sensing. Matt is also a founding member of Florida Quantum, a community-driven initiative to position Florida as a hub for quantum research, talent, and innovation, and serves as Senior Advisor to The Quantum Insider, a leading global publication covering the quantum technology industry. A Florida native with more than two decades of experience founding and scaling companies, Matt began his career in media and technology by launching Cimaglia Productions at age 20. The company was among the early pioneers in digital and streaming media, producing broadcast and branded content that anticipated the shift toward online distribution. He later founded Third Summit, the parent company of Alteon.io, a cloud-based platform designed to streamline media collaboration and asset management for creators and enterprises. Today, Matt continues to advocate for the advancement of quantum technologies, working to bridge the gap between research, policy, and commercialization.
