Ximena Paul is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nala, an AI-powered HR Tech company helping organizations personalize, automate, and scale high-volume talent processes and interactions with employees and managers across the globe. Under her leadership, Nala has grown from an early-stage startup into a global SaaS platform supporting 50,000 users across industries and geographies. Nala operates as an AI partner for HR and business leaders, enabling companies to move beyond manual, fragmented processes toward continuous, data-driven talent strategies across performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design. Originally from Chile and based in the United States for the past 10 years, Ximena brings a global perspective to building and scaling technology companies. She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and leads a fully remote, international team while driving Nala’s global expansion and product vision.
