Lindy Kyzer is VP of Content and Engagement at ClearanceJobs, the national security talent integrator, and author of the book Trust Me, a practical guide to help demystify one of the most complex aspects of national security hiring - the clearance process. Lindy helped ClearanceJobs build the largest community of cleared professionals and the creation of the largest trade publication covering personnel security policy and clearance vetting processes. From a news site and forum to regular webinars, podcasts, and radio shows, Lindy has worked hard to explain the security clearance process for both applicants and clearance holders, ensuring more diverse and qualified applicants enter the government talent pool. In addition to her work for ClearanceJobs, Lindy stays active in the personnel vetting and security policy communities, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Security Policy Reform Council with the Intelligence and National Security Alliance. Prior to working for ClearanceJobs, Lindy served as a public affairs officer for the U.S. Army at the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs, where she helped to launch the U.S. Army’s first social media program. She has shared expertise and insights with audiences across the globe, from Brisbane to Berlin, always with a passion for helping the government convey complex topics in a practical way.
