Vagif Kazimli

Vagif Kazimli is the Founder and CEO of AIdMD Technologies, an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform designed to integrate with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and help clinicians understand patient data faster, reduce documentation burden, and improve decision-making. He is an MD/MBA candidate at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, combining clinical training with technical expertise in healthcare AI, infrastructure, and workflow optimization. Before founding AIdMD, Vagif worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer in healthcare IT, building secure, scalable cloud systems supporting regulated medical environments. Through his experience both inside clinical training and healthcare technology, he observed firsthand how fragmented data across notes, labs, imaging, medications, and encounters creates cognitive overload for clinicians and contributes to burnout. Vagif frequently presents at health technology and AI forums, working with clinicians, health systems, and international partners to advance responsible deployment of AI in regulated healthcare environments.
