With over two decades of leadership in national security and federal policy, Tom Williams has served in key positions within the Department of the Army, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the U.S. Congress. His career is defined by deep institutional knowledge and long‑standing relationships with senior officials across the Pentagon and Capitol Hill. A retired Army lieutenant colonel, Williams is a graduate of West Point and George Washington University.
