Tom Hoban

Tom is President and Chief Investment Officer of Kitson & Partners, developer of Babcock Ranch, and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, which includes a broad understanding of the capital markets. He helps set the strategic direction for K&P, with a primary focus on its investment strategy and financial performance. He is also responsible for developing strategic budgetary plans, aligning financial goals, budgets, and forecasts, as well as identifying and mitigating financial risks. Prior to joining the K&P team in 2003, Tom spent eight years in New York City as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, where he served as Vice President of U.S. Acquisitions for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. During his career on Wall Street, he worked in both the agency and principal businesses, where he executed on over $8Bn of real estate transactions.
