Tessa Robinson

Tessa Robinson serves as the Editor in Chief for the military’s largest entertainment brand, We Are The Mighty. Robinson is the author of The New York Times’ award-winning series, The Deployment Diary, and previously served in editorial roles at Military.com and Task & Purpose. Prior to a giant career pivot that allowed her to see her children regularly, Robinson spent over a decade with the federal government, including an 8.5-year stint with the Central Intelligence Agency. She was instrumental in standing up the Office of Emergency Response and Recovery at the General Services Administration and served with the Office of Science and Technology at the Department of Homeland Security. Robinson has her Master’s degree in National Security Studies and is a graduate of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government’s Executive Education Program, Leadership in Crises.
