Steve Johnson is Head of the Learning Engineering and Data (LEaD) Program at Millennium Management. LEaD is a 12–18-month rotational program for early career software engineers aimed at accelerating their career growth at Millennium. Prior to serving as the Head of LEaD, Steve held various roles within technology at Millennium, including Head of Risk Technology and Head of Portfolio Visualization. He was formerly Director, Front Office Technology, at Citadel and has almost 30 years of experience in Software Development. Steve is a dynamic leader, adapting his depth of technical experience with a breadth of market knowledge to solve challenges at the intersection of technology and finance.
