Sebastian Duque is the Founder and CEO of Plei, the largest pickup soccer platform in North America. Built out of Miami, Plei now connects hundreds of thousands of players across multiple cities, using technology and data to make playing soccer seamless and accessible. Born and raised in Miami to Colombian parents, Sebastian combined his passion for soccer, business, and technology to build Plei from the ground up without institutional capital. Under his leadership, the company has grown to millions in annual revenue and is expanding internationally, with a long-term vision of becoming the global ecosystem of soccer. His mission is simple: to connect the world through the beautiful game of soccer, using technology to make community and play accessible to everyone, everywhere.
