, Scott Arnold is the EVP and Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at the Florida Health Sciences Center (FHSC), which comprises several organizations, including Tampa General Hospital, one of the nation’s leading not-for-profit academic health systems, in partnership with the University of South Florida. Arnold oversees technology, cyber security, analytics, clinical engineering and TGH Ventures – Tampa General’s venture capital arm and innovation team. He pushes the advancement of Tampa General’s digital systems to position the academic health system as a leader in innovation. He previously served as a vice president for Mercy Health in Saint Louis, Missouri, and held leadership positions with Daleen Technologies, Boeing and McDonnell Douglas Aerospace. Scott serves on the board of directors for the Humane Society of Tampa Bay and holds board positions in several FHSC entities. Arnold earned master’s degrees from Washington University’s School of Engineering Webster University’s School of Business and Technology, and is accredited by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) as a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO) and Certified Digital Health – Executive (CDH-E).
