Rob Bailey is a multi-time founder, operator, and investor who has spent the past decade building and scaling AI-driven companies. He most recently served as COO & Co-Founder of CrewAI, a leading multi-agent platform enabling enterprises to design and deploy AI agent systems at scale. Previously, he was CEO of BackboneAI, an enterprise AI company serving Fortune 500 industrial and automotive clients, and earlier helped scale Kustomer through hypergrowth to its $1B+ acquisition by Facebook. Across his career, Rob has also advised more than 20 Seed and Series A companies that have collectively grown into multi-billion-dollar businesses. He now focuses on the next wave of agentic AI infrastructure and the operational playbooks required to turn breakthrough technology into enduring companies.
