Pearl Percy has a 20+ year track record of driving innovation and growth for leading consumer companies. Pearl started her career as an investment banker and has held corporate development positions at Nordstrom, Inc., The Clorox Company, and The Walt Disney Company. Pearl is presently Group Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer of JM Family Enterprise, Inc., a privately held company founded in 1968 by automotive legend Jim Moran, who lived by the credo that “Associates are our most important asset.” JM Family is an active investor with ~$7bn in total assets invested globally across public and private markets. JM Family is an attractive patient long-term partner who invests in funds, control, and minority positions. Pearl reports to the CEO of JM Family and leads the charter to expand the portfolio, support the growth of the core auto business, and expand capabilities via commercial partnerships, acquisitions, minority investing, and venture fund investing. Since 2019, JM Family has acquired 7 companies (Home Franchise Concepts, Aussie Pet Mobile, Kitchen Tune-Ups, Two Maids and a Mop, Futura Title and Escrow and Rollease Acmeda). In addition, JM Family has expanded its portfolio of growth investments - Predictive Index, Skai Vision Apple Pie Capital, and Recurrent. Pearl earned a JD/MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2003, and a BA with a double major in mathematics and sociology at Northwestern University in 1996. Pearl is active in her community and serves on the Board of Trustees for the YMCA of South Palm Beach County. She lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.
