Patrick Zeitouni

Patrick Zeitouni is a global aerospace and defense executive with extensive experience leading businesses, driving strategic growth, and spearheading advanced development programs across the space and defense industries. Patrick brings deep expertise in product strategy, research & development, and organizational change management. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Hawkeye 360, Patrick leads the company’s multi-year growth strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Previously, as Head of Space Mobility at Blue Origin, he led a team of over 200 engineers to create disruptive space transportation spacecraft to advance key national security and NASA missions. He co-founded Blue Origin’s Advanced Development Programs, growing the unit into a 60-person innovation hub and incubator for the Lunar and Space Station programs. Prior to Blue Origin, Patrick spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, driving growth strategies and operational improvements across the aerospace & defense value chain. He has advised numerous Fortune 100 aerospace primes, NASA, and the DoD on strategy, cost reduction, and space competition. Patrick began his career at Northrop Grumman in technical and leadership roles in satellite development, human spaceflight, and missile defense. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from MIT Sloan, master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Astronautics from USC, and bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
