Currently serving as the Head of Data and Analytics for Commercial Banking at Bank of America, Paras leads initiatives that leverage cutting-edge data analytics to drive innovation and enhance banking operations and productivity. In just 3 years at BofA, Paras has led several Artificial Intelligence initiatives across Commercial, Investment and Corporate Banking, Wholesale Credit and Global Transaction Services. Additionally, Paras has led innovation and digital transformation initiatives across several other industries, such as media, healthcare, pharma, and logistics. Paras holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, which underlines his strong academic foundation in technology and data sciences. Beyond his professional endeavors, Paras finds joy in various pursuits outside the corporate realm. His passion for travel has taken him across 6 of the 7 continents and his love for the outdoors fuels his enthusiasm for activities like Skiing, hiking and immersing himself in nature. Additionally, Paras is an avid ballroom dancer. He enjoys dancing with his wife and 2 daughters.
