Olga Naumovich

Olga Naumovich is Head of Technology, Miami. She is responsible for growing the firm’s presence and technology offering in Miami. Olga joined Millennium in 2022 from GSR Markets, where she was a Managing Director and Global Deputy Chief Operating Officer. Prior to GSR Markets, Olga spent 23 years in various roles at Goldman Sachs, where she most recently served as a Managing Director and Chief Data Officer of the Global Markets Division, as well as Head of Client Experience. Other roles included Global Head of Client Services & Business Intelligence within the firm’s Operations Division and COO of Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group within the firm’s Investment Banking Division. Olga began her career as a Marketing Strategist and Client Coverage Banker. Olga received a BA in Math and Economics, magna cum laude, from Smith College, and studied Applied Mathematics at Belarusian State University.
