Natalie Hoeper is a technology lawyer in the Venture Technology Group of Dentons, one of the world’s largest law firms with a global presence spanning over 80 countries. As a Counsel, Natalie regularly advises on both domestic and international matters ranging from commercial contracts and technology agreements to product development and scaling strategies for novel tech offerings. Her clients include early-stage startups and friends-and-family round entrepreneurs as well as large-scale international corporations and some of the largest global brands in the world. As a result, Natalie has had the opportunity and privilege to work with leaders on the business and legal sides alike, and thrives on being immersed in fast-moving industries and game-changing technologies.
