Meraz Ahmad

Meraz Ahmad is a Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Group. He leads coverage for disruptive Digital Health and Healthtech companies. Meraz’s experience includes extensive work with both private and publicly-listed firms on mergers & acquisitions, corporate carve-outs, equity offerings (IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements), acquisition financings and debt financings. Meraz joined BofA Securities in 2019, prior to which he spent a number of years at Nomura Securities and the Royal Bank of Scotland Greenwich Capital. Meraz holds a BBA from the Denison University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
