Melissa Ablett-Jordaan is the founder and CEO of Sibyl, an AI-native women’s health platform reimagining emotional and informational support across the reproductive journey, starting with pregnancy loss. Based in Rotterdam and originally from the U.S., Melissa builds at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and lived experience. Before founding Sibyl, she served as Global COO of the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), scaling operations across three continents and supporting thousands of startups. Her career spans innovation policy, media, and ecosystem building in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Melissa launched Sibyl after navigating multiple pregnancy losses and the gaps in care that followed. Sibyl is building a long-term, AI-powered companion designed to support women through pregnancy loss, infertility, postpartum, and beyond — upstream, continuous, and diagnosis-independent. She is passionate about responsible AI in healthcare, patient-centered design, and building technology that improves long-term outcomes for women and families.
