Governing AI at Scale: Risk, Capital & Institutional Accountability
Tech for Enterprise | AI | Entrepreneurship + Scaling | Fintech | Investment + Funding
Max Skalatsky spent years building intelligence networks as an FBI Special Agent: recruiting, running, and managing human and physical assets across multiple continents. The skill set was simple. Identify the right people, understand their motivations, and get them to perform. He never stopped doing that. He just changed the agents. After the FBI, Max spent two decades across strategy consulting, product, and executive leadership, including three years as a Global VP at one of the world's premier enterprise technology companies. He founded Skalatsky & Associates on what he learned: that the gap between a great marketing idea and a live result is mostly organizational friction. S&A eliminates it through a proprietary orchestration model of six purpose-built AI agents running in parallel across every client engagement. In a world where decisions increasingly depend on AI systems, the institutions that win will be the ones that compress the distance between insight and execution without sacrificing accountability. Max holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland, College Park.
