Mark Chase

Mark Chase is a technology executive who leads product and engineering organizations with a focus on innovation, simplicity, and measurable business impact. He currently serves as Head of Product and Engineering for ClearanceJobs, where he oversees product, engineering, data, and design, driving platform growth and advancing solutions for the national security talent market. Mark began his career with ten years in the U.S. Air Force, specializing in engineering, secure communications, and combat communications across the Far East. He later held roles with L3Harris, Computer Sciences Raytheon, and SAIC, followed by 20 years in telecommunications, where he led large-scale engineering and operations teams. He joined DHI Group in 2019 as VP of Technology and was named Head of Product and Engineering in 2025. Mark is known for aligning technical execution with business strategy and for bringing the “art of the possible” to teams. His leadership philosophy centers on people as the most critical resource, combined with a deep curiosity for using technology to solve human needs. He serves on the board of the Technology Association of Iowa and is based in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and three children.
