Maria Derchi Russo is the VP of Platform & Community at Florida Funders, a venture capital fund and investor network focused on finding, funding and building the next generation of tech companies. She also serves as the Executive Director of Refresh Miami, South Florida’s oldest and largest tech and startup community with over 16,000 members - a position she has held since 2015. Passionate about diversifying the tech industry, in 2016 Maria founded Women in Miami Tech, a community of over 3,000 women. She also co-hosts the Miami Tech Pod, showcasing local entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem builders helping grow the Miami ecosystem.
