Joined BDO in 2017 and has more than 13 years of transaction advisory and audit experience, serving clients in numerous industries. He has supported both private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side engagements. Manuel has experience helping publicly traded and privately held clients assess the quality of earnings, net working capital, and other key transaction drivers. Manuel is currently BDO’s US lead for outbound investment into Latin American countries with extensive experience leading M&A transactions into and within Central and South America. Manuel’s focus on serving clients with Latin American interests has extended over 8 years while working within KPMG and BDO’s transaction advisory practices.
