Manish Goyal is a Vice President and Senior Partner at IBM Consulting, leading Enterprise Transformation with AI globally. He brings a rare combination of product development and consulting experience, having launched AI products at IBM, Lucent Technologies, and Siemens before transitioning to help Fortune 100 clients adopt and scale AI across industries. Manish's approach is grounded in IBM's own transformation journey: a $4.5 billion enterprise-wide AI initiative that serves as a proving ground for the methodologies he brings to clients. This ""practice what we preach"" perspective enables him to guide organizations through the practical realities of AI adoption, from strategy through implementation at scale. As a member of IBM's Responsible Technology Board, Manish is deeply committed to ensuring AI delivers value without unintended harm. He is a sought-after keynote speaker and writes frequently on AI strategy, agentic AI systems, and responsible enterprise implementation. Manish holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a B.S. in Computer Science from Pune University, India.
