Madeline has over 20 years of tax experience in public accounting and significant knowledge of US federal, state, and international tax. Her responsibilities include tax planning, research and compliance for multi-national clients in the public and private sector. Her diverse industry experience includes telecommunications, services, pharmaceuticals, technology, distribution, real estate, and manufacturing. In addition, Madeline has extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, global tax outsourcing, business consulting and ASC 740 with a focus on SEC reporting. Madeline is a frequent lecturer on ASC 740 and various corporate and business tax matters and a publisher of tax-related articles. She has significant experience doing business in Latin America and the Caribbean and serves as the Tax Co-Lead for the America’s Desk. Madeline is fluent in both English and Spanish.
