Luke Cotter

Luke Cotter is a Principal at Embark, a management and finance consulting firm serving large enterprises and private equity-backed companies across the globe. A licensed CPA who began his career at Deloitte, Luke has spent nearly a decade at Embark working directly with CFOs and finance executives on the initiatives that demand the most from a finance function: strategic execution of catalyst driven events, data and systems harmonization, and acquisition integration. Luke partners with finance leaders to bridge the gap between strategic ambition and operational reality, helping organizations build the infrastructure and processes needed to execute at the highest level. Outside of work, Luke is grounded by his faith and his family. He and his wife Melissa are parents to their daughter Leona and honor the memory of their son Calvin. Together, they joyfully serve the families, children, and students of Citizen's Church.
