Krystal is Co-Head of Healthcare at Palantir, where she has spent four years driving strategic deployments across health systems, pharmacies, and payors. She partners with healthcare organizations to solve their hardest operational challenges, turning complex data into measurable outcomes.
Prior to Palantir, she was a Data Scientist at Flatiron Health, where she supported pharmaceutical and biotech companies in navigating regulatory submissions using real-world oncology data. She holds a PhD in Health Economics from Imperial College London, where her research focused on pandemic impacts on health systems and behavioral drivers of vaccination uptake. She also holds a BS in Biochemistry and an MS in Health Policy from Rice University.
