Kieran Dwyer

Kieran Dwyer advises cloud providers and technology companies on technology transactions, AI, product development, and regulatory compliance across industries including software, telecommunications, healthcare, financial services, and energy. He works closely with go-to-market, product, and partner teams on cloud agreements, strategic partnerships, AI deployment, privacy, competition law, cybersecurity, software licensing, IT outsourcing, and international expansion. Kieran also engages with regulators on data use, technology interoperability, and competition matters, including inquiries from data protection authorities, the FTC, and U.S. congressional staff. He structures and negotiates cloud services agreements, channel and resale deals, strategic collaborations, and product co-development, with significant experience in contracting for regulated industries. Kieran has led teams in negotiating multi-billion-dollar deals in telecom, financial services, automotive, logistics, payments, and media, including projects involving 5G, vehicle data, cybersecurity, and analytics. Since 2017, Kieran has advised on AI and machine learning launches, responsible AI policies, and compliance. He brings executive experience leading AI adoption for a 6,000-employee organization, and counsels on global privacy and competition compliance, having led in-house privacy teams and designed global programs for GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and more.
