Justin Sadeghian

Justin Sadeghian is a former Flight Lead Pilot in the Army's premiere Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) - known as the Night Stalkers. As a Flight Lead, one of the most selective and trusted positions in the Regiment, Justin led complex aviation missions supporting high-risk operations around the globe. Throughout his military career, he worked extensively with multiple U.S. government agencies on national defense strategy and served as the lead planner for several historically significant operations. His experience spans operational execution, interagency coordination, and strategic mission design at the highest levels. Today, Justin serves as the Chief Product Officer at Thor Dynamics, where he focuses on translating battlefield realities into next-generation capability. He leads product strategy for Lasor Armor and related counter-drone defense technologies, working to reshape the modern battlefield through intelligent, software-defined air defense systems.
