Joshua Rader is the managing partner of Citrin Cooperman’s South Florida offices. With over 18 years of experience in public accounting, Josh provides assurance and attestation, tax, and business consulting services to closely held businesses and private clients. An experienced auditor with a strong understanding of complex tax and accounting issues, Josh also provides services in the areas of civil litigation as well as buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services. Josh has extensive experience in the real estate, hospitality, international, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services industries. His work in the real estate sector involves overseeing assurance engagements for private real estate funds and overseeing the tax compliance for the respective funds, joint ventures, and international reporting for foreign investors. In addition to his vast real estate experience, Josh provides wide-ranging business consulting and advisory services and tax compliance for a number of large hospitality groups in South Florida. As a business advisor with 18+ years of assurance, advisory, and tax structuring experience, Josh has led a significant number of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. He also devotes a portion of his practice time to commercial litigation supporting ongoing firm engagements in damage analysis and has provided expert testimony. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Josh was the managing partner of Appelrouth, Farah & Co., P.A. which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022.
