Jimmy Dascani

Jimmy has over 34 years of combined experience in health care and the medical device and technology industries. He has worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs, two publicly traded health care systems, and a private physician owned hospital in Naples, FL. Prior to joining Arthrex in 2017, Jimmy served as a hospital CEO and CNO, leading two new hospital projects from construction through operational phases. At Arthrex, he collaborates with health care executives and physicians from around the world to strategically align and patient advance care. Jimmy also leads the Arthrex Surgery Center Innovation program, ASC X. This exciting initiative helps hospital, physicians, and ASCs incorporate emerging technologies into the design of their renovation or new build projects. The ASC X program provides hospitals and ASCs with the ability to achieve speed to market while developing one of the most advanced and efficient surgical services spaces in the world.
