Jessica Marin-Urrea is the Miami International Airport (MIA) Innovation Chief responsible for overseeing the airports customer experience innovation programs and initiatives, as well as tasked with assisting the development of an innovation and passenger satisfaction focused culture at MIA. In her previous roles Jessica was a project manager for operations, airline relations liaison, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator. In her tenure as ADA Coordinator, she won a multitude of awards for innovative CX focused accessible programs. Jessica, Colombian-born and raised in Miami, graduated from Florida International University with a double major in International Relations and Political Science, a masters from Georgetown in Integrated Marketing and Communications, and is the Chair of the International Airport Professionals (IAP) Community of Practice (CoP). On her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and her two-year-old daughter, Amelia.
