Jessica Beeson Tocco is the CEO of A10 Associates and has over a decade of unique experience working with state, federal, and international governments. A10 Associates is now the nation’s largest woman-owned lobbying firm, operating in 22 states and at the federal level. She created the firm to be bipartisan, focusing on policy instead of politics and taking clients only related to transportation, infrastructure, and technology. Jess runs the firm’s overall operations and involves herself in all divisions. Before launching A10 Associates, Jess was a Senior Vice President at Rasky Partners in Boston, where she founded the firm’s national practice group for state government affairs. She previously served as the Director of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and Director of the Asia Pacific Council of American Chambers, helping U.S. companies across 25 different Asian cities shape policies and coordinate lobbying efforts to promote American exports.
