Jennifer Rockwood serves as Managing Partner for RRA’s South Florida offices and leads the Private Capital Infrastructure Practice. In addition, Jennifer is a senior partner in the Board & CEO Advisory Partners Practice. She works across the value chain of the infrastructure landscape, with her clients span venture-backed to Fortune 100 to nonprofit companies. Previously, Jennifer spent seven years leading the firm’s Global Power & Utilities Practice. Jennifer has deep expertise in CEO succession planning, as well as board and team builds in pre-IPO and new platform situations. Jennifer joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Shanghai, where she served as the China-Region Smart Energy Services Lead for Capgemini Consulting. There she worked with utilities and municipalities in China and across Asia Pacific to deploy smart sector technologies, as well as other transformational technology initiatives. Earlier in her career, Jennifer was a strategy consultant in North America. Jennifer received her BA in international studies from the University of North Carolina and her MPhil in modern Chinese studies from the University of Cambridge.
