Flavio Pripas

Recognized by FastCompany as one of the "Most Creative People in Business 2012" and with over 25 years of experience in technology, business, and entrepreneurship, Flavio is a visionary leader who catalyzes Digital Transformation and Innovation for startups, corporate giants, urban hubs, and nations alike. Serving as a General Partner at Staged Ventures, which focuses on growing startups for entry into the American market, and a Partner at Experience Club US, an elite networking platform for entrepreneurs and C-level visionaries, Flavio's commitment shines in his endeavors to amplify positive impact and nurture the tech ecosystem. From 2014 to 2023, Flavio designed, led, and was a board member at Cubo, a transformational project to foster Brazil's entrepreneurship that rapidly became the most significant tech ecosystem in Latin America. He also assisted a Cubo startup, Digibee, enter the US market by raising $87M for their Series A and B rounds. Flavio's entrepreneurial journey is both diverse and impactful: he founded and successfully exited two startups, led IT at JPMorgan Brazil, spearheaded development at Credit-Suisse Hedging-Griffo, and was the IT lead for JPMC Vastera in Latin America. Notably, he introduced Latin America's first full-web Supply Chain Management System in 1997. Flavio holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from FGV/SP.
