He passionate and experienced executive and board member with a strong business focus, recognized for transforming global direct and indirect technical sales and consulting practices, product teams in the Cloud, Data and AI services and solution industries. With over thirty-five years of experience, his emphasis is on solid collaboration and relationship building, driving, healthy, diverse, and inclusive organizations that focus on high customer satisfaction and revenue growth. He led the creation of the Cloud Architect role in Microsoft, drove the Microsoft pre-sales cloud technical transformation. He then became the Partner Organization CTO @ Microsoft, leading the 400K Microsoft partners worldwide in the transformation of their technical sales, consulting, and delivery teams from on premises to the cloud. He led the cloud solution architecture team that drove the growth of Microsoft top 100 global partners.

Currently he is the Chief Data Officer and GM for Data & AI for the Software and Digital Platform Division. His team leads the Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence innovation that Microsoft is driving across the Software ISVs, Digital Platforms and Digital Natives companies across the US. They have developed and deployed in production over 700 Generative Solutions in the past 3 years, generating US $1.7B + in Revenue. He is as passionate for the growth and impact that Data and Artificial Intelligence is driving across our society, as he is about the Ethics in AI and the Democratization of Data via Innovation. He is a published author and commonly speaks in conferences worldwide on the topics of: Artificial Intelligence, Data Innovation, Cloud & Digital Evolution, architecture, patterns and best practices, public / hybrid / private cloud strategies, and the overall Microsoft Platform.
