As medical director of MTI, Dr. Guerra focuses on integrating medical services, improving outreach, and coordinating public relations. Additionally, she plays a key role in reviewing and restructuring patient flow and helps organize and implement quality assurance projects. Her dedication to MTI’s kidney-specific programs have been recognized both nationally and internationally. Moreover, this has allowed the program to have one of the largest transplant volumes in the country while holding superb allograft and patient outcomes.
