Dr. Eva (Luyue) Li is the Vice President of Operations at Carbon Rivers INC. She received her Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where her graduate study focused on hydrogen fuel cell performance enhancement. After graduation, Eva joined Celtig LLC as a lead researcher on graphene production and process scale-up, where that company gained a leading role in the field. She then joined Carbon Rivers in 2019 and led the company's unique and groundbreaking G2G glass fiber recycling scale-up effort, taking it from bench scale to a 1-ton per day pilot scale that proved the future mass scale operations in planning. At her current position with Carbon Rivers she continues to wear many hats to this day. In addition to all things operations and logistics, Eva oversees the commercializing of the glass fiber and resin oil recovery technology for the wind industry. With her international expertise, she helps lead the Carbon Rivers global strategy for advanced materials manufacturing in other countries as well. The majority of her extensive experience has been working in a tech start-up environment, which aids her in these efforts.
