Dr. Erik Ilyayev

Dr. Erik Ilyayev is the founder and former CEO of MyHouseVisit.com, which provided home medical visits to over 5,000 patients in the New York metropolitan area before being acquired by ConcertoCare in 2021. He also served as Regional Medical Director for hospice at the Visiting Nurse Service Of New York, the nation’s largest not-for-profit home healthcare organization. Dr. Ilyayev has held academic roles at Touro College, St. George’s University, Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. In 2021, he founded MedBetterHealth.org, a company focused on delivering medical care to patients’ homes and now a participant in the prestigious Medicare GUIDE Model. He also co-founded iKonnect.io, a healthcare technology platform delivering care coordination and remote monitoring to more than 15,000 patients, revolutionizing care from a “Blockbuster” to a “Netflix” model. In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Ilyayev is a devoted father of six.
