Conor Delaney, MD, MCh, PhD, LHD, FRCSI, FACS, FASCRS, FRCSI (Hon), MAMSE Executive Vice-President, Cleveland Clinic President, Cleveland Clinic Florida Market Robert and Suzanne Tomsich Distinguished Chair in Healthcare Innovation Professor of Surgery, Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine Dr. Delaney is Executive Vice-President of Cleveland Clinic and President of the Cleveland Clinic Florida market, serving on the enterprise Executive Team. Dr. Delaney served as Chairman of the enterprise Digestive Disease and Surgery Institute at the Cleveland Clinic from 2015-20. Previously, Dr. Delaney was Chief of Colorectal Surgery and vice-Chair of Surgery at University Hospitals Case Medical Center (UHCMC) from 2005-15 and served as founding Surgical Director of the Digestive Health Institute at UHCMC (2009-15) and founding Director of the Case Western Reserve University Center for Skills and Simulation (2006-15). He previously was on the staff of the Cleveland Clinic Department of Colorectal Surgery (2000-05). Dr. Delaney holds a Master of Surgery (1995) and PhD (2000) from University College Dublin in Ireland. His post-graduate education included a residency through the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and fellowships in immunology at the University of Pittsburgh (1993-5), and colorectal surgery at the Cleveland Clinic (1999-2000). Dr. Delaney previously held the Victor W. Fazio MD Endowed Chair in Colorectal Surgery (2017-20), the Jeffrey L. Ponsky Professors
