David L. Gay

David Gay is a commercial lawyer and advisor, resident in the Miami office of Carlton Fields, where he specializes in providing legal counsel on acquisitions, sales, restructurings and litigation primarily regarding distressed assets and businesses. In addition to having experience in virtually all aspects of bankruptcy cases and proceedings in various jurisdictions throughout the country, David is experienced in all phases of commercial litigation in state and federal courts and in business planning and advisory matters.
