Dantrail retired from Florida Power and Light after 17 years, serving as a utility lineworker, union official, and coordinator for special projects amongst other things. He is the current President of Blacks in Technology, Greater Miami Chapter and is now working to educate and upskill workforce professionals through his company Apex Strategies, preparing them for what the future of work will look like and encouraging workers to use their new understanding of technology to create innovative industry-enhancing (or disruptive) products.
