Curtez Riggs

Curtez Riggs is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant who served 21 years in the military. A native of Flint, Michigan, he is a serial entrepreneur, community builder, and advocate for the military-connected community who has dedicated his post-military career to creating opportunity, expanding access, and building pathways for others to thrive. With the support of USAA, Curtez founded the Military Influencer Conference in 2016, growing it into one of the most influential gatherings for military-connected leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, and brands. Over the past decade, MIC has built a legacy of connection and impact through live events that have helped thousands of service members, veterans, spouses, and innovators build relationships, increase visibility, and move their ideas forward. He is also the co-founder of Triple Nikel, a lifestyle brand rooted in culture, identity, and representation within the military community. Today, Curtez continues to use entrepreneurship as a tool to open doors, strengthen communities, and create lasting impact beyond the uniform.
